About TLERA
TLERA brings practical equipment, delivery coordination and long-term support together for customers working across material handling and construction environments.
About TLERA
Since 1993, TLERA has developed its experience in material handling and construction equipment through long-term work with customers, distributors and operating teams. Based in Xiamen, China, we support global business with a practical approach that connects equipment selection with parts and service, logistics and aftermarket coordination. Rather than treating a machine as a standalone transaction, we begin with the operating requirement: how the equipment will be used, what the delivery context requires and how support should continue after handover. This perspective helps TLERA work more clearly across warehouse, industrial and project environments, while building dependable relationships with partners over time.

A practical starting point for comparing lithium-ion, lead-acid and diesel power in real operating environments.
Start with the work cycle, not the battery label. A useful comparison looks at the operating hours available for charging, the working environment, the expected duty cycle and the support infrastructure already in place.
Lithium-ion can suit operations that need opportunity charging and predictable daily use. Lead-acid remains a familiar option where planned battery changes and charging areas are already established. Diesel is often considered where the work is outdoors, the surface is uneven or the application calls for sustained handling beyond a typical warehouse shift.
The right choice is not universal. Clarifying the duty cycle, indoor or outdoor use, charging window and maintenance plan early makes the equipment conversation more useful.

Small checks before the work begins help teams identify issues before they become downtime or a safety concern.
A pre-shift check should be part of the operating routine, not something saved for a fault report. The exact checklist depends on the equipment and local rules, but it should be consistent, documented and understood by the operator.
Walk around the machine and look for visible damage, leaks, loose parts, tyre condition and the condition of the forks or attachments. From the operator position, check the controls, steering, brakes, horn, lights, alarms and restraint system as applicable.
If an issue affects safe operation, take the truck out of service and follow the local reporting process. A clear inspection habit supports safer work and gives maintenance teams better information when service is needed.

Material flow improves when the route, storage logic, people and equipment are considered together.
Warehouse efficiency is not only about travelling faster. It is about reducing unnecessary movements, avoiding conflict points and giving each task a clear, repeatable route through receiving, storage, replenishment and dispatch.
Start by mapping where goods enter, pause, are stored and leave. Separate pedestrian areas from vehicle routes wherever the site allows, make crossing points obvious and keep frequently handled goods close to the work that follows.
When aisle width, racking, truck turning space and loading activity are planned as one system, teams can make better decisions about both equipment and daily operating practice.
